He called and told me that I am going to be arrested for check fraud and unpaid money loan accounts. He told me exactly where I worked and exactly the time and day I worked for the cops to come and arrest me. He sounds foreign.

The caller has called several times and hung up. This is more than annoying!

Caller claims to be from Verizon and needs to verify a rate increase.

I received calls from this number on July 24th and today, July 27th. I told them that if they were legitimate I would have received something in the mail. Whoever I talked to said they could not do that. I told them not to call me anymore and the reply was "do you wanted to get arrested?" I hung up the phone after some choice words.

Continuously call and no one there. Calling back the number does not work.

I get at least 1 call per hour from this number!

Got a message from Richard Martin w/a heavy accent. Says the matter is time sensitive and got the same busy extension

Stated that if I did not pay I would be going to court and eventually to jail, because the judge is not going to listen to my excuses about how my bills need to be paid..

Wouldn't identify himself when asked.

When a call comes in from this number I never answer it. About 30 seconds after my phone quits ringing, another call comes in from this same number - VERY ANNOYING!
